Today I worked with a client on his 2014 REal Marketing Plan. He had a good year in 2013, but like any agent he wants to improve in 2014.
We got him started by going through my REal Marketing Strategy Worksheet. My favorite part is when I would ask a question and he would raise his eyebrows and say, “Now that’s a good question.”
My response? “I know. That’s why I ask it!”
All the questions on my REal Marketing Strategy Worksheet are asked with purpose. The last thing any busy agent needs is more fluff. Let’s get down to what’s REAL!!!
By the end of our 2 hour meeting, we had a general strategy. He had homework that would help him refine and clarify the strategy as well as outline a realistic monthly marketing budget for the upcoming year.
I’m excited to see his plan come together – and his business grow as a part of it!
