Internet Marketing in Real Estate isn’t simple at all. Unless you’re naturally the type that loves to know all things digital, it can be overwhelming. Here are the Internet Marketing platforms and tools that we look at in the REal Marketing IDEA:
To add to the confusion, there are all sorts of “Marketing Experts” who will tell you that you ONLY need (fill in the blank.) For the record – ANY time ANYONE uses the term “All you need to be successful is…” RUN! These are people who do not have your best interests at heart.
So depending on which class you’re attending or what email you’re reading or what Facebook ad you’re clicking on – you’re receiving conflicting information.
Eventually, you either pick a digital horse and ride it, or you throw your hands in the air and decide to give up on the whole thing entirely. You tell everyone you’ve “Gone Old School” in your marketing and wear it as a badge of honor. Except there’s nothing honorable about giving up out of frustration. Not to mention the fact that new prospects may see your “Old School” marketing and deem you irrelevant in today’s Google world.
So far, I haven’t found anyone who is telling you the TRUTH. No one is telling you that many of today’s digital platforms are valuable, but only when they work into a much larger strategy. No one is telling you the good, the bad, and the ugly of each platform.
Until now.
That’s why I call myself the Real Estate Marketing Advocate. Because Coach, Strategist, or Professional only lumps me in with everyone else. And you don’t need that. You need someone who doesn’t represent any ONE platform. Someone who has extensive knowledge AND experience working in MULTIPLE platforms. And someone who can help you make sense of it all – guiding you down the path to figure out what combination of platforms and tools will work best in YOUR marketing plan.
